2 pork tenderloins

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup bourbon

2 cloves garlic, chopped

Mustard Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place the pork in a mixture of soy sauce, bourbon, oil, garic and brown sugar in a large ziploc bag.  Marinade for 3 to 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.  Grill tenderloin for 12 to 15 minutes per side or until cooked through, basting occassionally with marinade.

Prepare mustard sauce, by mixing well and chill for 20 minutes.  Slice tenderloin diagonally.
