Recipe from Village Green Lodge.
6 apples, cored and diced (any variety)
1 cup red or green seedless grapes
2 bananas, sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
In medium sized bowl, put prepared apples, grapes and bananas. Sprinkle with lemon juice to keep from turning brown.
Caramel Cream Yogurt:
8 oz cream cheese
1 /2 cup brown sugar
1 /2 cup fat free caramel ice cream topping
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz container vanilla yogurt
In food processor mix all ingredients together until blended and smooth. Serve as sauce on the side to put over fruit salad.
