Recipe from Lindsay Brooks.
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, peeled
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
4 oz melted butter
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1 1/2 cups flour
Directions:
Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and egg. Add butter, buttermilk and blueberries. Add dry ingredients and gently stir. Drop into 12 well-greased . Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, or until brown. into banana mixture.
