Beer Dip

Ingredients:
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese; softened
8 oz of pepper jack cheese cubed
1/3 cup of beer
1 cup black beans; drained and rinsed
½ cup sliced scallions
½ to 1 cup chopped tomatoes
Chips, tortilla chips or pretzels
Directions:
In sauce pan over low heat, cook cream cheese, pepper jack cheese and beer until melted and smooth. Stir in beans, scallions and tomatoes and heat through. Serve warm or cold as a dip with the pretzels, chips or tortilla chips
