Berry Creme Brulee

Recipe from viewer Joey Sprague.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced into quarters

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

1 cup whipping cream

1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

raw sugar for sprinkling

4 medium ramekins

Directions:

Mix all berries together.  Fill Ramekins half-way with berries. In a large bowl whisk together whipping cream and powdered sugar.  Whisk until thickened and little peaks appear. Add Greek yogurt and vanilla extract.  Mix well. Fill the ramekins the rest of the way with the cream mixture. Place ramekins in freezer for 15 minutes to firm the crème. Remove from freezer and sprinkle raw sugar onto each berry and crème-filled ramekin. Place ramekins onto a cookie sheet. Turn broiler on high. Place ramekins in oven as close to broiler as possible. Broil until sugar melts. Hoila!  Easy and healthy crème brulee!
