Bittersweet Souffle Cake

Recipe from Chef Lindsay Brooks.

Ingredients:

4 oz bittersweet chocolate, melted
4 oz butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs

Directions:

Whisk together chocolate and butter. Whisk in sugar. Add eggs and beat well until smooth. Pour into 4-6 oz greased ramekins. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
