Recipe from Lindsay Brooks.
Ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz unsalted butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour
Directions:
Beat together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add the egg and extracts. Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined. Using a cookie press, press cookies onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes, or until firm, but not brown.
