Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1 lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
15 to 20 slices pepperoni
2 cups shredded cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
A few tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
Warm pizza sauce for dipping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Spray a rectangular baking sheet with cooking spray. Roll out pizza dough. Layer half the sausage, next pepperoni, cheese, and the remaining sausage on one half of dough. Fold the other half of the dough on top of the meat and cheese, and press edges together with a fork. Brush melted butter over the top of the calzone, then sprinkle parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cut into slices and serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
