Cardamom Spiced Popcorn with Honey Glaze

Recipe from Lindsay Brooks.

Ingredients:

1 cup corn kernels
2 tbls coconut oil
pinch salt
1 cup almonds
2 tbls butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp cardamom

Directions:

In a large deep stock pot, heat coconut oil. Add in kernels and salt. Cover. Shake pot to avoid any burning. Cook until kernels have popped. Once finished put popcorn in a large bowl, add nuts. In a small pan, heat butter, honey and cardamom. Once hot, pour over popcorn and enjoy!
