2 bags (12 ounces) semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy cream
Splash of Kahlua (optional)
Assorted fruits, such as whole strawberries, pineapple slices, apples and bananas Angel-food cake or pound cake cubes, Marshmallows and pretzels
Heat 3/4 cup heavy cream. Whisk in chocolate chips until melted. Add Kahlua if desired. If too thick add more heavy cream. Pour into a fondue part to keep warm. Use fondue forks or long skewers to dip fruit, cake cubes, and marshmallows into the warm fondue.
