1 1/2 cups canned or fresh salmon
1 cup carrots diced
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup onions, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup half & half
2 Tbsp dill fresh chopped
2 premade pie crusts
egg wash (1 egg with water)
In a large bowl combine salmon, vegetables, soup and half & half. Place 1 cup of mixture in pie shell. brush edge with eggwash. Place top crust and pinch to seal. trim off excess crust.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Make sure to rotate pan after first 15 min.
