Crispy Baked Fish

Ingredients:

2 white flaky fish filets

1 lemon

2 to 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

3 teaspoons Old Bay seafood seasoning

Cooking spray

Directions:

Combine cheese, panko and old bay seasoning in dish.  Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with cooking spray. Sprinkle a little lemon juice over each piece of fish. Spread mayonnaise on top of fish.  Top fish with parmesan mixture.  Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.  Serve with a lemon wedge.
