quartered artichoke hearts
tomato basil cheese
China Lung Ching Tea, ground (or tea of choice)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread flatbread with pesto and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes over the pesto. Top with artichokes and cheeses. Sprinkle with ground tea. Bake for 8-12 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.
