Ingredients:
Dough:
1 cup milk
3 Tbsp butter, melted
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp yeast
1 tsp salt
Filling:
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
Glaze:
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
splash vanilla
Directions:
For dough:
Heat the milk and butter to 100 degrees. Add yeast, stir. Pour into stand mixer bowl and add remaining ingredients. Knead on low speed for 4 minutes. Form into ball. Cover. Allow dough to double in size, about 2 hours.
For filling:
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Punch down dough. Roll out. Spread butter over dough. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly over butter. Roll dough into log. Divide into 12 rolls. Place into a buttered 9 x13 baking dish. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning remove cover and place in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
For glaze:
Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla. Spread over warm rolls.
