1 ½ cups Lamers Dairy Dairyland’s Best Egg Nog
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
6-8 thick slices of dense white bread
3 tablespoons butter
Pure Maple Syrup
Whisk together the eggs, Egg Nog, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick fry pan or on a griddle. Drop a slice of bread in the egg mixture and turn over to make sure mixture saturates bread. Put in preheated pan and cook, turning once, until golden brown on each side. Top with butter and powdered sugar or pure maple syrup. Serve immediately.
