Recipe from Lindsay Brooks.
Ingredients:
8 oz cooked orzo pasta
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup shredded Gouda
1/4 cup shredded provolone
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Cracked pepper to taste
Directions:
In a medium size sauce pan, heat cream. Add cream cheese and stir well until combined. Add remaining cheeses and remove from heat. Add cooked pasta and stir until combined. Top with cracked pepper.
