Healthy Smoothies

Green Julius Smoothie:

1 1/2 cups orange juice
2 large mangoes
2 cups fresh parsley or spinach
2 cups of ice
honey (to taste)

Blend well and drink your healthy green smoothie. Yields 4 cups or 2 servings, as 16 ounces is one serving for a smoothie.

Oatmeal Strawberry Smoothie:

3/4 cup soy milk
1/4 cup rolled oats
8 strawberries
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 banana
1 teaspoon honey

Place the oats, soy milk, banana and strawberries in your blender. Add the honey and vanilla and then blend about 30 seconds until smooth.
