Holiday Casserole

Recipe from viewer Nancy Butzlaff. Main Course recipe for The Ultimate Thanksgiving Contest 2012.

Ingredients:

Turkey, cooked and shredded

mashed potatoes

stuffing

whole cranberry sauce

1 jar of gravy

1 bag of frozen corn

shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Layer in sprayed pan, Shredded turkey into bottom about 2-3 inches high. Pour gravy on top of turkey.

Next, top with stuffing, cranberries and then corn. Top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

* If making ahead of time, cover and freeze. For this I use aluminum baking pans with lids that can go in the oven. Freeze like a dinner. Bake then at 350 degrees for one hour or until hot.

If making day of, bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until hot.
