Ingredients:

2 cans lump crab meat, drained well
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
2 blocks cream cheese (8 ounces each), softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, more if you like it spicy
A few dashes hot sauce

Directions:

Beat cream cheese until smooth.  Mix in sour cream, mayo, onion, lemon juice, and seasonings. Fold in crab meat and 1 cup cheddar cheese.  Place in a buttered small casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with veggies and crackers for dipping.
