Hot Chicken Salad Casserole

Ingredients:

4 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup milk

1 cup chopped celery

2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

1 small jar chopped pimento

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

2/3 cup sliced almonds

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups crushed potato chips

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except almonds, cheese and crushed chips together.  Put in a greased 9x13" casserole dish.  Top with almonds and cheese and then put crushed potato chips on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.  Great with warm rolls, and fruit salad.
