1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chunky salsa
3 blocks (8 ounces each) cream cheese
2 packages (8 ounces each) imitation crabmeat, flaked
1 cup chopped scallions
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles
Combine milk and salsa and pour into to a slow cooker coated with cooking spray. Add cream cheese, crab, and chiles. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Before serving stir in scallions. Serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced French Bread or crackers.
