1 lg SKS bread loaf (your favorite flavor) 1lb Kretchmar Ham off the bone 1lb. Kretchmar Turkey off the bone
1 lb. shaved hard salami
1/2 cup sliced banana peppers
8 tomato slices
4 slices colby jack cheese
4 slices swiss cheese
Slice the bread loaf lenghtwise and place on the grill to warm through. Shingle the ham, turkey and salami in seperate stacks that reach the lenght of the bread. Using a spatula lift the meat onto the grill. make sure the grill is on low flame so as not to scorch the meat. Place the cheese slices on top of two of the stacks of meat. Once the cheese is melted stack the meat stacks on top of each other making sure to place the banana peppers somewhere in the middle. Place all on the bottom half of the bread. place the top and slice in 2" sections with a serated knife.
If you want to make a cold version of this just add mayo, shaved onions and lettuce( or alfalfa sprouts) . Skip all the cooking steps.
