Recipe from Village Green Lodge.
1 package strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
2 cups miniature marshmallows
12 maraschino cherries- quartered
1 cup crushed pineapple- drained
2 bananas sliced
6 coconut macaroon cookies- crushed
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 pint (1 cup) whipping cream- whipped
Graham cracker crust
Graham Cracker Crust:
15 graham crackers
5 tablespoons butter
In food processor, pulse crackers, butter and sugar until crumbs. Pat into greased
spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool.
Dissolve Jello in hot water. Stir in marshmallows until melted. Chill until it begins to thicken. Whip until very stiff. Stir in cookies, nuts, cherries, pineapple and banana. Fold in whipped cream and pour into prepared crust. Chill thoroughly before serving.
