Recipe from Packers wife Laura Hawk.
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp garlic
1 cup onions, chopped
1 Tbsp canola oil
3/4 cup marsala wine
3/4 cup sherry
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
Saute onions and garlic in butter and oil until a bit soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until chicken is browned and cooked all the way through. Serve with potatoes, rice or noodles.
