Recipe from Roasted Bistro.
10 oz room temperature cream cheese
1 lemon zested
1 lemon juiced
1/3 heaping cup sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Mix in a kitchen-aid mixer with paddle attachment until well blended.
In separate bowl, whip heavy cream until peeks appear. Gently fold heavy cream into cream cheese mixture. Add filling into graham cracker crust and refrigerate.
