Ingredients:
3 quarts dehydrated corn
1 lb kidney beans
1 lb smoked pork hocks
2 quarts water
4 Tbsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp black pepper
Directions:
Soak beans for a minimum of 15 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a Nesco or in a large pot. Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours. Season w/ kosher salt & pepper
