Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup sugar
8 oz unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup orange juice
3 Tbsp orange zest
Frosting:
2 oz butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp orange juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Add sour cream, eggs and beat until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, orange juice, and orange zest. Blend well. Drop 2 inch size balls onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Place in a 375 degree oven and but until light brown, 8-10 minutes. Combine frosting ingredients and top while warm.
