1 pkg Oreo cookies, finely crushed
1 block cream cheese
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
Use a mixer to blend together cookie crumbs and cream cheese. Refrigerate mixture for about 30 minutes. Take a small scoop of the mixture and use your hands to roll it into balls. Place truffle balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about an hour. Melt chocolate chips. Dip truffles in melted chocolate. Place chocolate covered truffles on parchment and place back in the fridge to harden. If you want to get fancy, drizzle melted white chocolate or using a piping bag to decorate the truffles with stripes. Makes about 48 truffles.
