Ingredients:
2 blocks (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 packet (1 ounce) Ranch dip mix
8 to 10 large flour tortillas or lavosh flat bread
1 pound thinly sliced deli ham, turkey, or roast beef or a combination of all three A few cups of fresh spinach
1 jar roasted red peppers (optional)
Directions:
In a large bowl use a mixer and beat together cream cheese and Ranch dip mix. Spread a thin layer on each tortilla. Put a few slices of deli meat on top. Top with some spinach and roasted red pepper if you like. Don't over stuff the sandwiches. Roll up tortilla tightly. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least a few hours. When you are ready to serve, unwrap and cut into 4 to 8 pieces depending on how big you want to make the sandwiches.
