Pistachio Bread

Ingredients:

1 box of yellow cake mix
1 box (3.4 ounces) pistachio instant pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs

Directions:

Mix together the ingredients. Spray 2 bread pans or 1 bundt pan well with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into pan/pans. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from the oven. Invert on to a plate, let cool and slice.
