Recipe from Parallel 44 Winery.
Ingredients:
8 oz brie cheese
3/4 cup pecans, toasted
1/4 cup frost bite wine or any other dessert wine
3 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions:
Mix pecans, wine and brown sugar in bowl. Cut top rhine off brie. Pour mixture over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. About 10 mins.
