Ingredients:
2 to 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced into 1 inch pieces
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup prepared Ranch dressing
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup seeded and diced tomato
2 cups uncooked broccoli florets
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 lb corkscrew pasta, cooked al dente and cooled Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Season with pepper to taste and let chill in the refrigerator at least a few hours. If the salad seems a little dry add more mayo or ranch dressing.
