Ingredients:
Dressing:
2 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Mix together and add to:
1 head green cabbage, shredded
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
1 small red onion, diced
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Be careful not to use too much celery salt, it may make the slaw bitter.
