8 each Grissini breadsticks, rosemary
8 each Prosciutto, thin slices (organic la quercia)
½ cup Butter, softened (plugra or beurre de baratte)
¼ cup Rhubarb jam
1 tablespoon aged balsamic
In a medium bowl combine butter and jam. Spread a thin layer of
butter mixture to one end of the grissini. Wrap the buttered end of
grissini with a piece of prosciutto, on a slight diagonal to cover
half of breadstick.
Serve as hors d’oeuvre with aged balsamic.
Makes 8 servings.
