Recipe from Cream and Crepe Cafe in Cedarburg.
2 oz slice corned beef
1 oz sauerkraut
1 slice of swiss cheese
2 oz of horseradish sauce
Place crepe dark side down on plate, place corned beef down the middle of the crepe. Top with sauerkraut, slice of swiss cheese. Wrap crepe around the filling. Top with horseradish sauce. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes in microwave.
