Sarah's Cheesecake Squares

Recipe from Sarah Petoniak.

Ingredients:

3/4 pkg Oreos, crushed
3 - 8 oz blocks cream cheese, softened
2 tsp vanilla
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
3 eggs
chocolate glaze (recipe below)

Directions:

Place Oreo crumbs in bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking dish and press down. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix until well combined. Pour cream cheese mixture over Oreo crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes. Then pour chocolate glaze over top. Chill until set.

Chocolate Glaze:

2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbl butter
3 tbl water
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Melt chocolate and butter. Add water and gradually add powdered sugar. Mix until combined. Pour over cheesecake bars.
