Recipe from Lindsay Brooks.
2 tsp herbs de provence
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg white
2 cups whole almonds
Whisk the egg white in a large bowl. Add almonds and coat. Toss in spices and mix well. and set aside.
In large bowl, whisk egg white until opaque and frothy. Add almonds; toss to coat. Add spice mixture; toss gently to coat evenly. Pour onto a cookie sheet and place in a 325 degree oven. Bake 10 minutes, stir, bake additional 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
