Spicy Ranch Chili

Ingredients:
2 pounds ground chuck ground
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup green pepper, diced
4 jalapeno peppers, diced
1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix
1 packet chili seasoning mix
2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes undrained
1 can (28 ounce) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (14 ounces) tomato sauce
2 cans (15 ounces) chili beans
1 can (4 ounces) diced jalapeno pepper (optional if you want it extra spicy)
Splash of beer (optional)
Directions:
In a large soup pan brown the beef. After a few minutes add the onions and peppers and cook until beef is crumbly and no longer pink. Drain any grease. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let simmer 15 to 30 minutes, stirring often. Serve in bowls with your favorite chili fixin's.
