Teddy Bear Skating Party Cake

Recipe from Happy Cookie Lady.

Ingredients:

2 - 9 inch baked cakes ( white or yellow )
2 tubs white frosting
1/2 cup coconut
blue food coloring

approx. 20 blue M & M's
6 Teddy Grahams Graham snacks
2 sugar cookie ice cream cones, the pointy kind
green food color

2 Tablespoons coconut
2  Tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions:

Place rounded top of one cake down on platter. frost bottom layer and top with second layer, rounded side up. Frost sides of cake with remainder of the first tub of frosting. Pat the 1/2 cup coconut on the side of the cake.

Tint about half of the r emaining tub of frosting blue. Frost most of the center part of the cake with the blue frosting and use the white frosting to fill in from the edge of the cake to th e edge of the ice rink. Surroun d ice rink with the blue m & m's. Put some of the te ddy bears on the ice rink. Tint any r emaining blue or white frosting green. Frost the 2 ice cream cones green and pl ace along the edges of the ice rink for pine trees. Sprinkle top of cake with the r emaining coconut and powdered sugar.
