Ingredients:
4 to 6 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic
Pinch of red pepper flakes (more if you like it spicy)
1 pound peeled shrimp
juice of one lime
Zest of 1 limes
1/4 cup pico de gallo or 1 diced tomato
2 Tbs tequila
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Extra lime for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Saute shrimp in butter for a minute. Add garlic and red pepper. Cook a another minute until shrimp turns pink. Add lime juice, zest, pico de gallo or tomato and the tequila. Cook another minute. Serve over hot cooked pasta or rice with cilantro on top. Garnish with lime.
