pizza crust of your choice
chicken breast, precooked and diced
red onion, sliced
Thai sauce (recipe below)
Using a 12 inch par-baked pizza crust spread cooled sauce evenly on crust. Add diced chicken breast, spreading evenly. Top with zucchini, spinach, red onion and mozzarella cheese. Bake in pre-heated 400 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
½ cup hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons minced ginger ( or more if you wish)
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili sauce ( or dried chili flakes)
2 tablespoons water
Combine all ingredients in a small pan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil and boil for one minute. Let Cool.
