Ingredients:
8 oz butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
splash vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips dark and white
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar with paddle attachment for 5 minutes. In the meantime, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Add the eggs 1 at a time to the creamed mixture. Then add vanilla. Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Scoop onto parchment-lined baking sheets, and chill for 20 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
