Recipe from Chef Leo Dominguez.
Ingredients:
2 Pounds Sliced Raw Bacon
1 Pound Brown Sugar
5 Ounces Chopped Shallots
2 Ounces Olive Oil
1 Cup Cider Vinegar
Directions:
In large skillet heat ½ oz oil. Add bacon and shallots. Saute until translucent. Add brown sugar and saute for another 2 minutes. Deglaze pan with the cider vinegar. Blend ingredients in blender (be careful not to over fill blender when blending hot liquids). Slowly drizzle in remaining olive oil. Toss with your favorite salad.
