Ingredients:
1 cup fresh raspberries, pureed
1 cup heavy cream
1 pound white chocolate, chopped
fresh berries and cookies
Directions:
Bring heavy cream to a simmer. Reduce heat and slowly whisk in chocolate, stirring constantly. Continue heating until smooth and warm to the touch. Swirl in pureed raspberries. Keep warm and serve with fresh berries and cookies.
