Recipe from the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board.
8 cups popped popcorn (about 1/2 cup kernels)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup finely-grated Wisconsin Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
Place popcorn in large bowl. Drizzle melted butter over and toss lightly. Quickly stir in Parmesan Cheese and seasonings. Toss to mix.
