Recipe from Mark Heinrich.
Ingredients:
1 8 oz bag sauerkraut, drained and patted dry
1 frozen pizza crust, thawed
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 tbl butter
1 tsp caraway seed (1/2 tsp to saute with butter and onions)
1/3 cup sundried tomato alfredo sauce
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz swiss cheese, shredded
1/8 lb corned beef, sliced
Thousand Island dressing drizzled on top
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Saute butter, onions and 1/2 tsp caraway seeds. Toss thawed pizza dough and make it round to put onto pizza pan. Top with remaining caraway seeds, alfredo sauce, onion mixture, kraut, corn beef and cheese. Drizzle with dressing.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
