Big Night Out for February 2013

We've got an exciting dinner party planned, and you are invited. Each month we'll head to a different area restaurant where we'll enjoy a number of courses, drinks and dessert. In February, we're heading to Christopher's at Branch River Golf Course .

Meal: 5 courses each paired with wine

Third Course: Sliced Tenderloin of Beef
Served with Bordelaise Sauce, Duchess Potatoes

Fourth Course: Coconut Crusted Monk Fish
Topped with Vanilla Rum Butter Buerre Blanc, Ginger Basmati Rice

Fifth Course: Pomegranate White Chocolate Mousse

Wine Pairing: Umberto Fiore Moscato d'Asti
