We've got an exciting dinner party planned, and you are invited. Each month we'll head to a different area restaurant where we'll enjoy a number of courses, drinks and dessert. In January, we're heading to Fajita Republic in Green Bay.
Date: Monday, January 30
Time: Cash bar at 5:30 pm; Dinner at 6:30 pm
Meal: 4 courses, including drinks (see below)

First Course: Lime Drizzled Shrimp & Margarita
Fresh jumbo shrimp sautéed in Spanish olive oil with a hint of garlic and red pepper, finished with a splash of fino sherry, fresh lime, cilantro and green onions.
Second Course: Chicken Tortilla Soup
Tender chicken mixed with garden fresh vegetables in a chicken stock base. Topped with crispy tortilla strips and house seasoning.
Third Course: Chicken & Steak Fajitas & Margarita
Char-grilled meats served on a sizzling cast-iron skillet of caramelized onions, roasted peppers and tomato wedges. Also accompanied by a generous platter of lettuce, cheddar-jack cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream. Served with a side of Mexican rice, beans and a basket of warm flour or corn tortillas.
Fourth Course: Ancho Chocolate Tart
Buttery chocolate cookie crust filled with a dark chocolate and chile ganache.
