Big Night Out for June 2012

We've got an exciting dinner party planned, and you are invited. Each month we'll head to a different area restaurant where we'll enjoy a number of courses, drinks and dessert. In June, we're heading to The Kensington Grill in Appleton.

Time: Cash bar at 5:30 pm; Dinner at 6:30 pm
Meal: 5 courses, wine included (see below)

First Course: Crab Cakes
Petite salad of Door County cherries, radish sprouts, sun chokes & black cherry balsamic.

Second Course: Spinach & Arugula Salad
Peaches, Door County dried blueberries, toasted pecans, manchego cheese & white grape vinaigrette.

Third Course: Lake Superior Whitefish
Pan seared whitefish over a spinach, mushroom, caramelized onion & cherry tomato saute with a red pepper & tomato coulis.

Fourth Course: Skirt Steak
Grilled and served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes.

Fifth Course: Chocolate Creme Brulee
Rich chocolate custard, topped with a thin layer of caramelized sugar.
