We've got an exciting dinner party planned, and you are invited. Each month we'll head to a different area restaurant where we'll enjoy a number of courses, drinks and dessert. In September, we're heading to Bistro 42 in Carlsville.

Time: Cash bar at 5:30 pm; Dinner at 6:30 pm

First Course: Sriracha Bacon Wrapped Scallops with Champagne Poached Pear
Applewood smoked bacon, jumbo sea scallops seared & tossed in a sweet 'n spicy glaze. Accompanied with mixed greens & grilled pear.
Second Course: Crispy Chilean Sea Bass with Lemongrass Slaw
Rice Krispie crusted sea bass topped with fresh lemongrass, bean sprouts, carrots, red onions & broccoli slaw. Finished with light tomato puree.
Third Course: Caribbean Jerk Pork with Mango Citrus Salsa
Oven roasted pork belly nestled atop a Cuban black bean & corn rice pilaf, topped with mandarin orange, pineapple & mango citrus salsa.
Fourth Course: Sesame Seared Tenderloin with Asian Ginger Noodles
Pan seared tenderloin, glazed in a soy sesame BBQ sauce, atop Asian ginger noodles. Tossed with sugar snap peas, carrots, red onion, roasted corn & bamboo shoots.
Fifth Course: Black Forest Gateau with Kirsch Mousse
Double layers of rich chocolate cake separated by a decadent whipped cream. Finished with a Door County Cherry Mousse.
